An offering to to dive deep
The modality of Esoteric Yoga, founded by Serge Benhayon, offers for us to receive and complete that which makes each movement to be – foundational elements that are ever-responsive through both body and being, keys to the experience of a deep Settlement within.
Through our attendance to a sequence of elegantly simple movements, and the space for deep surrender to divinity, an Esoteric Yoga session offers the opportunity to move, be, and deepen in our relationship with the divine quality of Stillness, and the Repose quality ever-offered to found our movement.
A program of sessions offers a concentration over a period of 6 weeks, with 1 live session held each week and audio recordings made available of each session.

Each program listed below is offered over six weeks, with one live session presented online each week.
There are options for attendance – either via the live sessions and/or the audio recordings which will each be made available for 7 days following each live session.
A private forum is offered for feedback, review and any questions regarding one's experiences of the sessions throughout the program.
