Esoteric Yoga Online - Program 1: Feb-Mar-26

Programs are offered over six weeks, with one live session presented online each week. Once registered, there are options for attendance – either via the live sessiona, &/or the session recordings which will be made available. 

Feedback with myself as the course presenter during the course is an important component. This facility is made available to all participants.
